Try out these quick and tasty ideas!

  • For a delicious drink to warm you up before bed, heat some milk with a split vanilla bean and some honey.
  • Is your New Year's resolution to eat better? Yet you can't stop snacking? Try this healthy snack: Toss 1 can of chickpeas in olive oil, salt, and cayenne. Bake at 450 ºF for 30 minutes.
  • A super simple, healthy, and energy boosting breakfast: simmer 1/2 cup quinoa in 1 cup milk for 15 minutes. Add preferred sugar and fruit to taste.
  • Need something sweet and simple to start you off in the mornings? Spread Nutella on a biscuit and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Trying to spruce up your table with a beautiful centerpiece? Just get yourself some apples, carve out the top around the stem, and insert tea candles in the hole.
